Catering for groups is available from many of the fine restaurants in the area, but feel free to bring a picnic lunch or potluck meal. All you need is a basket of grandma's secret chicken recipe and a cooler full of your favorite beverages and you're ready to spend a memorable day on the backwaters of the mighty Mississippi.
